Festival Information

Festival of the Arts takes place at Bicentennial Park in downtown Oklahoma City  April 24 – 27, 2025.  The event stretches from Lee Ave east to City Hall, and from Colcord north to Couch Drive. Come explore and be part of an OKC tradition!

Festival Hours

Thursday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Traveling to the Festival

Getting to the Festival is easy. From I-40, take the Downtown/Shields exit. The Festival is at Bicentennial Park, on Walker between Colcord and Couch, and on the City Hall lawn. When traveling to the festival please note that Walker will be closed between Main Street and Robert S. Kerr Avenue.

Parking

Parking will be available in the Arts District Garage located just south of City Hall, as well as the lot located at 444 West Reno.

Paid parking is also  available in lots and garages located throughout downtown Oklahoma City. There is also limited street parking located around the perimeter of the event.

Road Closures

Select roads will be closed throughout Festival of the Arts. Click below for a map of all Festival road closures. 

Streetcar Service

Parked far? No problem! OKC Streetcar will be free of charge April 25 – 28, 2024. The Library stop on the Downtown loop faces the east entrance to Festival grounds! 

The MAPS 3 Modern Streetcar, known as the Oklahoma City Streetcar or OKC Streetcar, links important districts in and around downtown Oklahoma City. The streetcar will stop at 112 N. Hudson Ave, right next to Festival grounds on the east side. For detailed information, visit the link below.

Festival Headquarters

Festival Headquarters is located on Colcord Drive, just west of Walker Ave. You may go here for event information or should you lose any members of your party.

Weather

Arts Council Oklahoma City staff members are constantly monitoring the weather throughout Festival of the Arts. In the event of inclement weather, announcements regarding Festival changes will be made in a timely manner. 

Go Green Initiative

Did you know that Festival of the Arts is a green event? For over 10 years, our Go Green team has ensured that we are a sustainable festival. Only compostable or recyclable materials are used at every food location, and we are proud to say we are one of the largest eco-conscious events in the United States! Help us in doing your part by utilizing the recycling and composting receptacles across Festival grounds. And if you have any questions, our friendly Go Green Ambassadors will be around for assistance!

In Case of Emergency

If you need immediate medical attention, please call 9-1-1. First responders are located on and near Festival grounds at all times. If you need information or your are looking for someone, please visit the Headquarters station.

Festival of the Arts Photography

Photos and videos will be taken at Festival of the Arts. Your attendance at Festival grants your permission to be included in these photos and videos, which may be used for promotional purposes.
