Are you ready for the last party of the decade?! Make sure you have access to the biggest bash in town. Wristbands for this year’s Opening Night celebration are AVAILABLE NOW and can be purchased online or at 7-Eleven stores around OKC.
With live music, drinks, and the best fireworks show in town, this New Year’s Eve is going to be EPIC! Wristbands are $8 in advance, $10 at the event, and include free party favors and access to nine different indoor and outdoor stages at Bicentennial Park, Civic Center Music Hall, City Hall, Ronald J. Norick Downtown Library, and the Oklahoma City Museum of Art. A complete list of performances and food trucks can be found at www.artscouncilokc.com/openingnight. Children under 5 are free.
Adults 21+ can toast their friends in the New Year’s Cheers tent with wine, beer, or champagne while enjoying SquadLive, a top 40 band, on the main stage.
Kids can join the party too, at the designated Children’s Area held indoors at the Hall of Mirrors in the Civic Center with live music, an interactive art project, the famous Bricktown Clowns painting faces, and a festive photo booth or at any of the family-friendly live performances. This is a celebration for the whole family!!
Everything is walking distance, so park once, and enjoy a full night out to ring in the new decade. In between shows, feast on 11 local food trucks, or grab a glass of champagne to watch the Finale Ball rise and count down the seconds to a new year and new decade.
