Kerri Shadid – Marbling Demo

Kerri is a Visual Artist and Poet in Oklahoma City. Kerri was the 2014-2015 SPACE Artist-in-Residence at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel in downtown OKC and has had solo and group shows at galleries in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, and Lawton. She writes spontaneous, custom poems for visitors to her Poetry Stand, which she often performs around the metro and the region. She hand-marbles and binds each copy of poetry book, An Eclection: A Handmade Book of Poems. Her Absurd Questionnaire Card Game invites wonder at the unexpected. Join us as she demonstrates the technique of Marbling!
