Art Moves is an Arts Council OKC initiative that provides free arts events in various Oklahoma City locations. The line-up features a wide range of artistic mediums, including musical and theater performances, live art demonstrations, short film selections, and more.

You’re almost out of time to vote in the Fresh Paint Mural Project!
This partnership with @okcthunder selects five local BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) artists to create an 8’ x 8’ mural of anything they’d like. This year’s artists were mentored by established OKC artists Denise Duong and Jaiye Farrell as they brought their unique visions to life. This year’s Fresh Paint Mural Artists are:

To ensure the safety of all of our guests, vendors, and volunteers, Festival of the Arts is closed for the evening. We will open Sunday morning at 10 a.m.
Support Oklahoma’s next generation of artists at the Youth Art Sale presented by Spencer Fane LLP this afternoon! This one-day sale is underway until 5 p.m. and allows artists ages 8-18 to sell their original designs and creations. All artists were juried into the event just like the 144 artists selling their work at Festival. Come support these young artists on the north side of City Hall!

Day 2 of the 58th annual Festival of the Arts is in full swing! It’s been a fun-filled day as we celebrate the arts, and we’re just getting started! Have you checked out the activities surrounding City Hall? We have a full lineup of performers ready to rock on the @paycomsoftware Stage, and art activities like face painting, pottery place, the children’s art field, and creation station!

This time next week, we’ll be coasting into the weekend with incredible food, art, and performances at the 58th annual Festival of the Arts!
We’re just SIX DAYS AWAY from the return of OKC’s rite of spring, featuring new extended weekend hours! We want to ensure Festival of the Arts is a prime weekend destination, so we’re staying open later on Friday and Saturday night and opening earlier on Sunday morning.
That’s an extra hour of hanging out by the Main Stage presented by @midfirst and @inasmuchfdn for an incredible show to close out your night! On Friday, @lee_hernan will rock the stage to end the night, and on Saturday, we’ll have a collaboration between @okc_phil and @okcballet that you won’t want to miss!

This year, you can purchase art directly from each Festival artist instead of waiting in line at an art sales tent. Cash will not be accepted at any artist booth, food vendor, or drink tent. Kiosks from our friends at M3t will be located throughout the Festival grounds, allowing you to turn your cash into a card with zero fees involved.
