What happens when a young Latino student, inspired by a lesson on Rosa Parks, begins searching for his own people’s place in American history? You get a powerful, high-energy performance told through rap, hip-hop, spoken word, and song, all brought to life by dynamic actor, singer, and musician Gerardo Navarro. This vibrant solo show delves into growing up in an immigrant family, navigating the struggle for identity, and discovering the power of creating your own story through art.

Arts Council Oklahoma City is proud to offer this performance FREE of charge to the community through our Art Moves program.
