The 2009 Festival of the Arts, April 21-26, invites you to apply to Windscapes. This distinct area showcases works not traditionally seen in our Festival of 144 Plaza Artists.

Windscapes is an outdoor exhibit of kinetic and wind-related artwork. Situated on the rolling hills of the Myriad Gardens, the Windscapes exhibit features a striking array of brilliant banners, dramatic kinetic sculptures and handmade silkscreen kites.
