The Teen Advisory Council, a new program at the Arts Council of Oklahoma City, is now recruiting new members for the 2010-2011 school year! The Teen Advisory Council’s mission is “bringing together teens and the arts.” With 15 members, ages 12-18, from different schools around the metro area, the TAC is diverse in its members as well as in its program planning. If you are interested in the arts and would like to earn some community service hours, and want to create new opportunities for teens and the arts, then the Teen Advisory Council would be the place for you!

Requirements
1.  12 to 18 years old
2.  interested in art
3.  have a 2.75 GPA or higher
4.  willing to volunteer 4 hours a month

1.  Complete the application form
2.  Get your high school transcript
3.  Get 2 letters of recommendation

When
The application deadline for the 2010-2011 school year is May 10, 2010.
