Performance Rental rates for theatre spaces include a rehearsal on the same calendar day.
Additional performances on the same calendar day incur an additional rental fee.
NP** - Non-profit rates are offered for those organizations who present supporting documentation showing they are either a non-profit organization as defined by IRS code 501(c)3, OR a county, municipality, public school district, or institution of the Oklahoma system of higher education AND are exempt from sales/use as verified by the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
Seating capacities may vary depending on room set-up and table spacing.
The Ancillary and labor services listed below are required for ALL events. These fees are in addition to the rental fees listed above:
Box Office:
Required for all ticketed events.
$300 vs 3% of gross ticket sales after taxes plus 6 cents per ticket printing fee.
Security:
- $30 per hour per officer (with 4 hour minimum)
- Events running over the hour will be billed to the next full hour.
- $45 per hour after midnight to 8 a.m.
- $60 per hour on Holidays : (New Year's Day, ML King Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.)
Ushers and Doormen:
$9 per hour with 4 hour minimum per person.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT):
$28 per hour with 4 hour minimum per person
Theatre Tech Rates (per technician):
Move-in/Move Out - 8 a.m. to Midnight = $22.88 per hour
Move-in/Move Out - After Midnight = $45.76 per hour
Performance/Rehearsal Call = $68.64 per 3 hour call
Insurance:
Commercial General Liability Insurance is required for all events. Please contact an insurance agent of your choice. Minimum coverage is $1 million per occurrence. The certificate must include the following groups as additional insured:
- City of Oklahoma City
- Oklahoma City Public Property Authority (OCPPA)
- The Arts Council of Oklahoma City
Concessions and Bar:
Concessions are retained by Stage Center. A full bar is available with a minimum cash guarantee deposit. Soft drink services are available as well.
